Join Strong’s Marine for our 3rd Annual Strong Women on the Water educational event series!  We believe in empowering our women clients and team members to feel comfortable on the water and support the opportunity to gain on water education and experience.  

EVENT DETAILS: Each session is 2 hours on the water in one of our fleet boats where you will get hands-on experience.  You will have the opportunity to get all your questions answered, hone your skills and take the helm. 

DATES & TOPICS:  

Sat, April 20, 10am - 12pm – Boating Basics: Learn the terms, functions and uses for all items on board including safety equipment, electronics and navigation devices. 

Sat, April 27, 10am - 12pm – Navigation: On water experience learning about aids to navigation, rules of the water and anchoring.  

Sat, May 4, 10am - 12pm – Troubleshooting: Learn about what to do when the weather changes and you need to make it back to the dock.

Sat, May 11, 10am - 12pm – Docking: Practice your docking skills, setting dock lines and more (“slow is pro”!).

Now offering this class at TWO of our great locations! Join us on the North Fork at our Mattituck Bay Marina or on the South Fork at our Southampton Peconic Bay Marina.

PRICE: 

Strong’s Clients – $50 per person per class 

Non-clients – $100 per person per class
